Incoming and outgoing text messages are processed by an automated assistant that uses artificial intelligence to understand booking requests and draft replies. Appointment decisions are reviewed by the shop. By texting us you understand that an automated assistant may process your messages.
5. Service Providers (Sub-Processors)
We share message content and your phone number only with providers that make messaging work, and only for that purpose: Twilio Inc. (SMS delivery) and Anthropic, PBC (the AI model). They may not use your information for their own marketing.
