SMS Messaging Terms
These Messaging Terms govern the Lavender Massage appointment and customer-care SMS program. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Description
Lavender Massage sends and receives text messages to help you book and manage appointments — including confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and counter-offers, missed-call replies, and responses to your booking questions. This is a transactional and customer-care program; it is not a marketing program.
2. How to Opt In
You opt in by texting our number, by agreeing when you book with us, or by submitting our online opt-in form on the home page.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us (for example, your booking activity and upcoming appointments). There is no fixed number of messages.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Lavender Massage does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
5. Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation and then stop sending messages. To rejoin, opt in again as described in Section 2.
6. Help (HELP)

7. Supported Carriers / Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes

短信服务条款
本条款适用于 Lavender Massage 的预约与客户服务短信项目。选择加入即表示您同意本条款。

3. 发送频率
频率不固定，取决于您与我们的互动（如预约情况与即将到来的预约），无固定条数。
4. 费用
可能产生短信与数据费用。我们不就短信收费，但适用您运营商的标准资费。
5. 退订（STOP）
随时回复 STOP 退订；之后我们会发送一条确认消息并停止发送。重新加入请按第 2 节操作。

7. 运营商 / 送达
运营商不对延迟或未送达的消息负责，消息送达不作保证。
